Assistant Product Manager – Business Banking Segment ( UAE National)

Support the development and performance of Business Banking products, with emphasis on liability propositions, customer acquisition, utilisation and profitable portfolio growth. This position is suited to a professional who can combine sound judgement, customer or stakeholder focus and disciplined execution in a regulated banking environment.

Role Context

Key Responsibilities

• Support product planning and implementation for Business Banking propositions and customer segments.
• Monitor product performance, balances, acquisition, utilisation, revenue and profitability indicators.
• Coordinate enhancements to accounts, deposits, cash-management and related business banking propositions.
• Work with relationship teams, operations, risk, compliance, finance and digital channels on product initiatives.
• Review customer and market needs and help translate insights into product improvements.
• Prepare product performance reports, business cases and recommendations for management review.
• Help ensure products remain competitive, customer-focused, operationally practical and compliant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, marketing or a related discipline.
• Experience in product management, business banking, transaction banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical and project-coordination skills with commercial awareness.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple business and control functions.
