Senior Manager, Digital Products (UAE National)

Lead digital product strategy and delivery across the banking ecosystem, owning roadmaps, prioritisation, cross-functional execution and performance improvement. This position is suited to a professional who can combine sound judgement, customer or stakeholder focus and disciplined execution in a regulated banking environment.

Role Context

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmaps aligned with business and customer priorities.
• Own product requirements, backlog prioritisation and delivery planning across digital initiatives.
• Coordinate agile delivery teams and business stakeholders through discovery, development and release cycles.
• Use customer insights, data and market trends to identify product opportunities and improvements.
• Monitor adoption, engagement, service performance and commercial outcomes after launch.
• Ensure digital products meet regulatory, risk, security, operational and customer-experience requirements.
• Drive continuous optimisation and communicate product performance and priorities to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, finance or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in digital banking, fintech or financial-services product management.
• Strong agile, product strategy, stakeholder leadership and commercial skills.
• Experience with regulated financial products and digital customer journeys is preferred.
