Operational Risk Analyst (Emiratisation)

Job Overview

Support Business Banking’s operational risk framework through risk assessments, control testing, incident management, reporting and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain operational risk frameworks, tools and governance activities.
• Facilitate Risk and Control Self-Assessments and assess control effectiveness.
• Perform control testing and identify process, system, training and compliance gaps.
• Monitor KRIs and highlight emerging risks and trends.
• Investigate and track operational risk incidents and remediation.
• Prepare risk dashboards, management reports and governance presentations.
• Review processes and customer journeys to identify control and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Credit, Operations, Treasury and Business Banking teams.

Candidate Requirements

• UAE National with Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in banking, financial services, risk management, operations or business analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis; interest in risk and governance.
