Cabin Crew (UAE Assessment Centre)

About the Role

Our cabin crew are the face of flydubai and the city of Dubai. We're looking for people who take pride in keeping passengers safe while delivering a great experience on every flight. As Cabin Crew, you'll join a diverse, multicultural team delivering a consistent, safe, and reliable inflight experience.

What You'll Need

• At least 21 years old, with a minimum height of 158 cm (safety requirement)
• Well-groomed, professional appearance in line with flydubai's grooming standards, with no visible tattoos while in uniform
• Valid passport and good general health, able to pass an aero-medical exam
• Confident in water while wearing a flotation aid or life jacket
• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
• Willing to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent; international aviation experience is a plus
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in aviation, hospitality, or retail
• Willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE

Pay & Benefits

• Basic salary plus housing and transportation allowance: AED 8,275
• Variable flying pay: average AED 4,500/month (based on ~90 flying hours)

• 30 days of paid annual leave, plus an annual leave ticket
• Concessional tickets for family and friends

Note: a training bond of approximately USD 2,650 (AED 9,700) applies for the first year.
