Description
The Manager – Asset Management Systems is responsible for improving the use and performance of IBM Maximo and related enterprise applications supporting community and facilities operations. The role aligns system capabilities with business workflows, asset lifecycle requirements and operational reporting. It works closely with IT, finance, operations and vendors to improve data quality, user adoption and the reliability of maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administration, performance, configuration and enhancement of IBM Maximo and related platforms.
- Support work-order, preventive-maintenance, asset-register and reporting workflows.
- Coordinate system upgrades, integrations and issue resolution with IT teams and external vendors.
- Improve process automation, mobile access, user experience and adoption across operational teams.
- Maintain data integrity, security, access controls and consistent reporting standards.
- Identify opportunities to connect CAFM with ERP, HR, CRM, finance and other enterprise applications.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field.
- Around 5–7 years of experience managing CAFM systems, with hands-on IBM Maximo expertise.
- Experience with enterprise applications and integrations, including ERP, HR or CRM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of facilities management, asset lifecycle, work orders and preventive maintenance.
- Analytical troubleshooting, communication and process-improvement skills; ITIL familiarity is useful.
