Operations Executive

Envoy Cargo Services is seeking an Operations Executive to assist with logistics and freight-forwarding activities at Dubai World Central (DWC). The role helps keep daily operational tasks organised by coordinating with internal teams, customers and service partners. The successful candidate will follow up on shipment-related requirements, support documentation and help resolve issues that may affect service timelines. Previous exposure to logistics or freight forwarding is important, and a valid UAE driving licence is mandatory. Experience or knowledge of Dangerous Goods handling is an additional advantage.

The role is full time and based at DWC in Dubai. The estimated monthly salary is AED 5,000–8,000. Previous logistics or freight-forwarding operations experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics and freight-forwarding activities with the operations team.
• Communicate with customers, colleagues and external partners to keep work moving.
• Monitor operational requirements and escalate issues that could affect service delivery.
• Follow up on shipment activities and help maintain accurate supporting documentation.
• Track tasks and timelines so that operational commitments are not overlooked.
• Support an orderly workflow and provide updates to relevant people when required.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, cargo handling or freight-forwarding operations.
• A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Understanding of freight processes, shipment coordination and operational documentation.
• Good communication, organisation and coordination skills.
• Dangerous Goods handling experience or knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy operational environment.
