Senior Manager – Finance (Factory)

We are seeking a capable and motivated professional for the Senior Manager - Finance (Factory) position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities

Provide reliable financial support to the business through disciplined reporting, controls, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. Review transactions and financial information for accuracy and investigate unusual movements or variances. Work with operations and other functions to understand cost drivers, improve efficiency, and support sound commercial decisions. Prepare management reports, reconciliations, forecasts, and analysis within agreed timelines. Maintain effective internal controls and support audits when required. For factory-focused roles, monitor production costing, inventory valuation, yield, wastage, labor, overheads, and cost-per-unit performance while partnering closely with operational leadership.

Requirements

• A degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline is expected for management-level finance roles. Professional accounting credentials are advantageous where applicable.
• Financial control, budgeting, reporting, cost analysis, audit, Excel, ERP systems, business partnering are important for success in this role.
• Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and a professional approach.
• Ability to follow procedures, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
