Accountant

FIVE ATELIER, a reputable name in the Hospitality and Interior Design & Fit-Out sector in Dubai, is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and immediately available Accountant to join its finance team. This role is perfectly suited for accounting professionals who have built solid hands-on experience within the UAE and are ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, creative business environment.

The successful candidate will be integral to supporting the day-to-day accounting functions of the organization — from maintaining financial records and preparing reports to ensuring ongoing compliance with UAE VAT regulations. Candidates currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and process daily accounting transactions with precision.
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and perform regular account reconciliations.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT regulations and applicable accounting standards.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Record, verify, and reconcile financial data using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Utilize accounting tools to manage and organize financial information efficiently.
• Provide support to the broader finance team on reporting, documentation, and administrative accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience specifically within the UAE (mandatory requirement).
• Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates and available to join immediately.
• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, UAE VAT regulations, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• High level of accuracy, organizational ability, and time management skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team.
