Senior Relationship Officer, Public Sector (UAE National)

Manage relationships with public-sector clients, understand institutional requirements and develop banking opportunities while maintaining strong service, credit and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned public-sector entities and related stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities across lending, deposits, transaction banking, trade and treasury services.
• Develop account plans and maintain regular senior-level client engagement.
• Coordinate credit proposals, reviews and internal approvals in line with risk requirements.
• Monitor client needs, market developments and public-sector opportunities to support portfolio growth.
• Work with product and service teams to deliver responsive, high-quality banking solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all relationship activities meet governance and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or a related discipline.
• Relevant corporate, institutional or public-sector banking experience.
• Strong relationship-management, credit and business-development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management capabilities.
