Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue objectives.
• Manage campaigns, brand positioning, digital activity and communications while maintaining consistent healthcare messaging.
• Control marketing budgets, evaluate spend and use performance insights to improve return on investment.
• Build productive relationships with internal leaders, external partners and relevant market stakeholders.
• Guide the marketing team, set priorities and ensure work meets regulatory and organisational requirements.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing; relevant marketing qualification preferred
• Experience: 3 - 5 years in marketing, with senior marketing experience
• Professional approach: Strong communication, patient focus, teamwork, accurate documentation and commitment to applicable UAE healthcare standards.
