DP World is seeking an Operations Manager / Business Unit Head for Ship Management within Maritime Solutions in Dubai. The role provides operational and commercial leadership for ship-management activities, ensuring safe, reliable and cost-effective delivery of maritime services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ship-management operations and ensure effective service delivery.
• Manage operational performance, resources, budgets and business priorities.
• Coordinate technical, marine, crewing and support functions as applicable.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and key maritime stakeholders.
• Monitor vessel performance, compliance, safety and operational risks.
• Drive business improvement, efficiency and service-quality initiatives.
• Ensure operations meet contractual, regulatory and company requirements.

Requirements
