Apprentices contribute to real work while learning from experienced colleagues and exploring career pathways across functions such as marketing, e-commerce, supply chain, technology and data, human resources, finance, sustainability, commercial teams, creative work and retail operations. Assignments depend on business needs, interests and background.

Job Overview

This position contributes to the customer, commercial or operational goals of Chalhoub Group. The successful candidate will carry out the responsibilities below while working with relevant colleagues and following established policies, standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support a team with clearly defined projects, recurring activities and business priorities.
• Learn relevant systems, processes and professional standards through practical work and guidance.
• Help prepare information, reports, presentations or operational updates as required by the assigned function.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams and communicate progress, questions and blockers clearly.

• Eligibility for the Emiratisation apprenticeship and a genuine interest in learning about business and luxury retail.
