Part-Time Fashion Consultant – Tom Ford, The Grove Abu Dhabi (Emiratisation)

The Fashion Consultant role supports the Tom Ford brand at its UAE retail location by combining product knowledge, clienteling and attentive service. The consultant is expected to meet individual and team sales objectives while building lasting customer relationships and reflecting the brand's identity. The work includes both in-store service and omnichannel support, creating a consistent experience from product discovery through purchase and follow-up. Job Overview

This position contributes to the customer, commercial or operational goals of Chalhoub Group. The successful candidate will carry out the responsibilities below while working with relevant colleagues and following established policies, standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend products, fits, styling options or complementary items.
• Build and maintain client relationships through thoughtful follow-up and appropriate use of customer information.
• Work toward sales and service KPIs while supporting store and team objectives.
• Maintain product displays and presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and store procedures.
• Support launches, promotions, events, click-and-collect and other customer experience initiatives as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A customer-first approach and interest in fashion, footwear, premium or luxury retail.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with a diverse customer base.
• Experience in retail sales, clienteling or personalised service is useful, particularly in a premium setting.
• Willingness to learn brand heritage, product details, store processes and digital service tools.
