E-commerce Trainee Program – Emiratisation

The E-commerce Trainee Program is designed for Emirati graduates interested in the digital side of luxury retail. Job Overview

This position contributes to the customer, commercial or operational goals of Chalhoub Group. The successful candidate will carry out the responsibilities below while working with relevant colleagues and following established policies, standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product launches, promotions and online trading activity, helping keep digital assortments accurate and engaging.
• Assist with product information, imagery, content updates and quality checks across e-commerce platforms.
• Help monitor website performance, customer behaviour and business KPIs, preparing clear reports and observations.
• Contribute to customer journey, CRM and loyalty activities, including campaign preparation and operational coordination.
• Work with cross-functional teams on platform improvements, testing, marketplace activity and links between digital and physical retail.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Business, Information Systems, E-commerce, Communications or a related field.
• A genuine interest in digital commerce, technology and customer experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, collaboration, attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
