Job Overview

Infinix Innovations is hiring a Warehouse In-Charge to manage the daily workflow at its facility in Dubai Investment Park 1. The role calls for at least two years of UAE experience in warehousing or logistics, together with previous responsibility for supervising staff. The person appointed will oversee goods as they arrive, are stored, picked, packed and dispatched, while keeping stock information accurate. Regular coordination with suppliers, procurement colleagues and delivery partners is also part of the job. A well-organised supervisor who understands stock movement and can maintain an efficient, safe workplace will be a good fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Organise incoming deliveries and oversee the checking, receiving and storage of products.
• Plan picking, packing and dispatch activities so that orders are prepared correctly and released on time.
• Guide warehouse employees, allocate daily duties and monitor the progress of work on the floor.
• Maintain stock records, update inventory information and arrange regular physical counts to identify differences.
• Liaise with suppliers, purchasing teams and courier companies about stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Keep storage areas orderly, apply warehouse safety practices and recommend improvements to daily processes.

Requirements and Skills

• Have at least two years of warehouse or logistics experience gained in the UAE.
• Bring previous experience leading or supervising warehouse personnel.
• Understand stock control, inventory records, goods receiving and dispatch procedures.
• Be comfortable preparing reports and working with MS Excel, Google Sheets and warehouse documents.
• Show sound planning, leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of an ERP platform or warehouse management system is an advantage.

Qualifications

A diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a comparable field is useful. Practical UAE warehouse knowledge and the ability to manage a team are key to succeeding in this position.

Employment Details

This is a full-time position at Dubai Investment Park 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The estimated monthly pay range is AED 5,000–8,000. Applicants should have at least two years of relevant UAE experience, including supervisory exposure, and submit their CV by email.
