Join a fast-moving warehouse and dark-store operation supporting accurate order fulfilment and timely deliveries. The Warehouse Associate receives goods, maintains product availability, prepares customer orders, and keeps the work area orderly. The work combines practical stock handling with careful checking, scanning, and coordination with dispatch colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods, check quantities and visible condition, and place products in their assigned storage locations.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and within expected timeframes, using handheld or RF scanners when required.
• Replenish shelves and picking locations so products remain available for order preparation.
• Identify and report missing, damaged, or expired stock and follow the correct process for discrepancies.
• Handle items from ambient storage, chillers, and walk-in freezer areas when assigned.
• Keep the dark store clean, organised, and free from avoidable safety hazards.
• Pass completed orders to delivery riders and communicate any fulfilment issues promptly.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Be prepared for practical warehouse work that requires attention to detail and safe handling of goods.
• Follow stock-control, hygiene, food-handling, and workplace safety procedures relevant to the assigned area.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues and maintain reliable attendance during scheduled shifts.
