Waiter / Waitress

Provide attentive restaurant service from greeting and order taking through food delivery and guest follow-up. The role focuses on creating a positive dining experience, maintaining service standards and working closely with the kitchen and wider food-and-beverage team. This full-time opportunity is based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates and supports the hotel's daily operations and guest experience. The successful candidate should be dependable, organized and able to work effectively with colleagues across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide professional table service throughout the dining experience.
• Explain menu items and answer guest questions accurately.
• Take food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
• Monitor tables and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service areas.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in waiter / waitress or a comparable role.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to follow company standards and procedures.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
