Teller UAEN ( Pipeline )- Dubai / Sharjah

Emirates Islamic is building a pipeline of Teller talent for Dubai and Sharjah. The role is responsible for accurate teller transactions, customer service, cash reconciliation and compliance with banking controls. Tellers handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cheque transactions and loan payments while maintaining accurate records and appropriate customer identification. The position also supports product referrals and branch objectives through professional customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cheque transactions and loan payments accurately.
• Provide professional customer service and respond to routine banking queries.
• Promote or refer relevant banking products and services based on identified customer needs.
• Reconcile cash and maintain complete and accurate transaction records.
• Follow AML, KYC, operational-control and internal-policy requirements for all transactions.
• Verify customer and transaction documentation and escalate exceptions where required.
• Support branch service and business objectives while maintaining service quality.

Requirements

• High School or secondary-school education.
• One to two years of banking, customer-service or cash-handling experience.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• UAE Nationals preferred, as stated in the listing.
