Supervisor – FX & Money Market Operations

DIB is hiring a Supervisor - FX & Money Market Operations in Dubai to oversee accurate and timely processing across an assigned transaction portfolio. The position focuses on end-to-end operational control, document verification, transaction accuracy, reporting and service delivery within a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review customer and treasury-related transactions received for processing and verify that documentation is complete and accurate.
• Identify missing information, discrepancies or clarification requirements before transactions are processed.
• Ensure system entries, SWIFT transmissions where applicable and customer advices are accurate and aligned with approved transactions and internal policies.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure transactions are delivered within agreed service-level requirements.
• Prepare and maintain management information reports used to monitor transaction volumes, accuracy, service levels and operational performance.
• Check supporting documents and prepare the necessary vouchers for processing and control purposes.
• Maintain complete and organized transaction records and ensure files are updated for efficient retrieval and audit review.
• Protect confidential information relating to banking products, customers, transactions and operational procedures.
• Monitor workflow and support consistent compliance with established operating procedures and control requirements.
• Contribute to a reliable end-to-end process by identifying errors early and coordinating corrective action where required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of banking experience.
• Understanding of FX, money market or banking operations is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, transaction-processing and documentation skills.
• Ability to work accurately under service-level and operational deadlines.
