Steward

Support the culinary operation by keeping kitchens, outlets and service areas supplied with clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and equipment. The role also focuses on maintaining a clean, safe and organized back-of-house environment and completing assigned projects efficiently. This full-time opportunity is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and supports the hotel's daily operations and guest experience. The successful candidate should be dependable, organized and able to work effectively with colleagues across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and kitchen equipment for the kitchen and hotel outlets.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen work areas, equipment and surrounding service spaces.
• Follow hygiene, sanitation and workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Organize stewarding areas and keep tools and equipment ready for service.
• Assist kitchen and food-and-beverage teams during busy operating periods.
• Report shortages, damaged equipment or maintenance concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in steward or a comparable role.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to follow company standards and procedures.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
