Description

Support energy, water and sustainability programmes through technical analysis, audits, project delivery and data-driven initiatives that improve efficiency and environmental performance. This full-time opportunity is based in the UAE and is suited to a professional who can combine strong functional knowledge with dependable execution, communication and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct energy and utility analysis, establish consumption baselines and benchmark performance against relevant standards.
  • Support energy and water conservation projects from business-case development through implementation and measurement of results.
  • Monitor utility, carbon and sustainability data and contribute to accurate reporting for management decision-making.
  • Assist with carbon accounting and emissions assessments covering relevant Scope 1, 2 and 3 activities.
  • Support compliance with LEED and green-building requirements and contribute to sustainability initiatives across facilities.
  • Evaluate technologies such as smart metering, IoT, AI-enabled analytics and digital energy-management systems.
  • Develop dashboards, reports and automated data outputs that make performance trends easier to understand and act upon.
  • Work with internal teams and clients to identify practical opportunities for decarbonization, resource efficiency and long-term sustainability improvements.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree in electrical, mechanical, FM, sustainability, environmental or related discipline; sustainability/energy experience; LEED preferred and CEM/CEA/CMVP/CAP certifications advantageous.
  • Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities with the confidence to work with colleagues, clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to prepare accurate reports, records and operational updates.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain high standards in a fast-paced service environment.

The role is suited to an analytical engineer who can turn utility and sustainability data into practical recommendations, communicate technical findings clearly and support measurable improvements in operational performance.
