Service Ambassador ( UAEN) – Pipeline( Dubai / Sharjah )

The Service Ambassador is the first point of contact for customers entering the branch and helps create an efficient, welcoming banking experience. The role manages customer flow, identifies needs, directs customers to the correct service area and encourages use of self-service and digital channels. It also supports onboarding and basic service requests while following bank procedures and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally and provide clear first-point assistance.
• Manage customer flow and help reduce waiting times within the branch.
• Guide customers toward self-service facilities and digital banking channels.
• Listen to customer needs and direct them to the appropriate representative or service area.
• Support customer onboarding and basic service requests within the role's authority.
• Promote relevant Emirates Islamic products, services and digital solutions.
• Maintain service-quality standards and follow bank policies and compliance requirements.
• Use strong communication and problem-solving skills when handling routine customer concerns.
• Escalate complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate colleague or supervisor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One to two years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or banking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and professional approach.
• UAE National preferred, as stated in the listing.
