Processor UAEN

The Processor UAEN validates operational data, interfaces with internal business units and resolves routine processing issues. The role requires sound process knowledge and careful application of technical and procedural requirements. Activities include account identification and closure, cheque-return processing, document archiving, monthly reconciliation, operational support and participation in system UAT and process-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate data entered by processing teams and resolve routine transaction or task-related issues.
• Apply compliance and control procedures so work is completed according to established requirements.
• Coordinate with Back Office regarding archived and recalled documents.
• Manage Central Bank-related account identification and closure requirements with relevant business teams.
• Handle cheque-return activities in line with applicable UAE Central Bank guidelines.
• Resolve operational problems raised by internal business units within agreed service expectations.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of the Takaful Payable Account and support required submissions.
• Reconcile recalled documents and ensure records are returned to the archive correctly.
• Support operations projects, system testing and UAT activities.
• Monitor retail-product forms and coordinate with vendors and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• High School education.
• Banking-operations experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• UAE National with Family Book is required according to the listing.
• Strong accuracy, process discipline and problem-solving skills.
