Senior Workshop Supervisor

Almarai is seeking a capable Senior Workshop Supervisor professional for its operations in Ha'il, Saudi Arabia. This full-time opportunity is suited to a candidate who can combine technical or functional expertise with disciplined execution, teamwork and a strong focus on quality and business performance. The position supports day-to-day operations while contributing to service reliability, compliance and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work with relevant departments and stakeholders to maintain high standards, solve operational challenges and deliver agreed objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise regional fleet workshop activities and ensure repairs and preventive maintenance follow agreed plans.
• Monitor manpower availability, spare parts, breakdown response and workshop productivity.
• Provide technical guidance and reinforce safe, compliant working practices.
• Review work processes with employees and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and engagement.
• Manage resources and maintenance priorities to support fleet availability and operational targets.

Requirements

• Two-year Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• minimum 6 years vehicle maintenance and repair experience.
• proven maintenance-team supervision.
• good written and spoken English..
