Senior Team Manager – Maintenance Engineering

Almarai is hiring for the position of Senior Team Manager - Maintenance Engineering in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Manage breakdowns and maintenance during assigned shifts while meeting internal customer requirements.
• Coordinate preventive-maintenance activities to keep plant and equipment operating effectively.
• Review equipment deficiencies and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor engineering performance, reliability and operational availability.
• Ensure maintenance activities remain within approved budgets and operating parameters.
• Maintain compliance with defined safety and quality standards.
• Identify technician training needs and maintain the required skills inventory.
• Support continuous improvement of maintenance processes and equipment reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; 4-6 years in maintenance engineering/similar industry; Arabic and English; strong preventive maintenance, breakdown and team-management skills.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills appropriate to the position.
• Ability to follow company policies, quality requirements, safety procedures and professional standards.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail, with a practical approach to daily priorities.
• Willingness to collaborate across functions and contribute to continuous improvement.
