Senior Team Manager – Engineering ( Process Mechanical )

Almarai is hiring for the position of Senior Team Manager - Engineering ( Process Mechanical ) in Rabigh, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time opportunity for a mid-level professional to contribute to operational excellence, service quality and the organization’s business objectives. The role requires dependable execution, professional communication, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and other departments. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-skilled engineering team supporting process and mechanical plant operations.
• Coordinate maintenance and breakdown response to maintain equipment availability.
• Review equipment performance and deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Support preventive-maintenance planning for process and mechanical assets.
• Ensure engineering work complies with safety, quality and operational standards.
• Monitor resources, contractors, schedules and budgets for assigned activities.
• Develop technical capability through coaching, training and skills planning.
• Work with production and other functions to improve reliability and operational continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline; 4-6 years in similar industry/position; process mechanical and maintenance engineering experience; Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills appropriate to the position.
• Ability to follow company policies, quality requirements, safety procedures and professional standards.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail, with a practical approach to daily priorities.
• Willingness to collaborate across functions and contribute to continuous improvement.
