Senior Sales Manager – Mortgage

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is seeking a Senior Sales Manager – Mortgage to lead mortgage sales performance and develop a high-performing sales team in Dubai. The position is responsible for sales planning, revenue forecasting, productivity management and execution of growth strategies across retail banking financial services. The successful candidate will combine strong mortgage and retail-banking knowledge with proven people leadership and commercial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with product and segment teams to establish realistic sales objectives and commercial strategies.
• Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly sales and revenue forecasts and monitor delivery against agreed targets.
• Drive revenue generation through mortgage and other relevant financial-service products.
• Manage sales productivity, review performance trends and provide regular performance updates.
• Lead, coach and organise the sales team so targets, business plans and service standards are consistently achieved.
• Ensure team activities comply with approved policies, processes, systems and operating procedures.
• Encourage team participation in change initiatives and continuous-improvement programmes.
• Maintain high customer-service standards across internal and external interactions and support a strong customer experience.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant Retail Banking experience, including managerial experience and exposure to sales or marketing strategy development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance or Accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets and trends.
• Strong understanding of Retail Banking products and services.
• Good analytical ability to interpret sales results and market trends.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, coaching and stakeholder-management skills.
