Job Overview

Apply risk analytics, data science and portfolio monitoring techniques to support credit-risk decision-making, model development, risk reporting and emerging-risk identification.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain model-ready datasets by sourcing, cleansing and transforming data.
• Support development, testing, recalibration and monitoring of credit-risk models and scorecards.
• Conduct portfolio segmentation, trend analysis and risk assessments.
• Build automated dashboards and monitoring frameworks for key risk indicators.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify emerging risks and opportunities.
• Support model governance, documentation, validation evidence and regulatory submissions.
• Research analytical techniques, machine-learning methods and data sources for risk analytics.

Candidate Requirements

• For the analytics-focused role: UAE National.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–7 years in analytics, data science or risk analytics.
• Hands-on Python and SQL; exposure to Databricks and banking/fintech is advantageous.
