Senior Officer – Technical Services

flydubai is seeking a Senior Officer - Technical Services to support Continuous Airworthiness Management activities across the airline's technical operations. The position involves aircraft induction, lease-return requirements, technical data review, aircraft modifications, software management, reliability analysis and technical project coordination. The role requires aviation engineering knowledge, attention to detail and the ability to work with maintenance and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage aircraft induction activities within flydubai's AMOS maintenance management system.
• Review aircraft lease-return technical requirements and issue appropriate work instructions.
• Assess and action non-mandatory aircraft modifications in line with applicable requirements.
• Review and analyze technical data supporting safety investigations and engineering decisions.
• Complete reporting related to non-mandatory aircraft modifications.
• Review and update technical queries raised by internal stakeholders and maintain accurate status information.
• Analyze and challenge items categorized as customer-induced damage by pool providers where technically appropriate.
• Perform activities associated with airplane software management.
• Review reliability information for assigned aircraft systems and components.
• Manage progress of technical projects assigned to the Technical Services function.
• Maintain accurate technical records and coordinate with relevant engineering and maintenance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or Aircraft Maintenance Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in airline operational areas such as engineering or maintenance.
• Working knowledge of AMOS is desirable.
• Good understanding of aircraft technical data, maintenance and airworthiness processes.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to analyze technical information, coordinate multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
