Agent – Business Team (Russian Speaker Only)

flydubai is seeking an Agent - Business Team to provide a premium airport experience for business-class passengers in Dubai. This customer-facing position is responsible for welcoming passengers, assisting them through key airport touch points and coordinating personalized support from arrival through departure. The role requires a professional service mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to respond calmly to changing passenger requirements in a busy airport environment. Russian language capability is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome business-class passengers and provide personalized assistance during check-in and airport processing.
• Support passengers with baggage, special requests, flight information and other travel requirements.
• Escort or guide customers through security, immigration, lounges and departure gates as required.
• Provide clear information about flight schedules, airport facilities, services and amenities.
• Meet and assist business-class passengers at designated airport touch points while prioritizing their requirements.
• Handle passenger concerns professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Coordinate with airport staff and other stakeholders to deliver smooth and timely passenger services.
• Follow all applicable aviation safety, security and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, incidents and service issues.
• Complete assigned operational and administrative tasks accurately and within required service standards.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Russian language proficiency is required for this position.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, with customer service or airport experience advantageous.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, communication, accountability and flexibility.
• Professional presentation and the ability to remain composed while assisting premium passengers.
