The Senior Manager – Legal supports real-estate transactions and legal risk management within Dubai Holding Land Estates. The role provides advice on land and plot transactions, prepares and improves precedent documents, and helps business teams navigate legal and regulatory matters. It also contributes to management reporting and the review of processes that strengthen consistency and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on plot disposals, land transactions and related real-estate agreements.
- Draft, review and update sale-and-purchase agreements, resale, termination, settlement and amendment documents.
- Identify legal risks, conduct transaction due diligence and develop practical mitigation options.
- Advise on UAE real-estate requirements, including relevant Dubai regulatory frameworks.
- Prepare briefings and updates for legal leadership and contribute to management reporting where required.
- Review policies and processes, streamlining templates and improving consistency across transactions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Qualified legal professional with experience in real-estate transactions or commercial legal work.
- Knowledge of Dubai and UAE property regulations, including relevant RERA requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and prioritise competing deadlines.
- Strong legal analysis, problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience advising business stakeholders and assessing transaction risk is important.
