Senior Manager – Business Partner

EGA is looking for a Senior Manager - Business Partner, designated for UAE Nationals, to provide human-capital expertise and act as a trusted internal advisor to assigned business functions. The role partners with leadership and key stakeholders to develop human-capital strategies, drive the talent-management agenda and implement people strategies that support business objectives and employee experience. The position combines strategic HR advisory work with people leadership, KPI support, talent development and operational human-capital excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional HR expertise and trusted advisory support to assigned EGA business functions.
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders to develop human-capital strategies aligned with business requirements.
• Help cascade functional strategy into department business plans and support alignment with interfacing functions.
• Support development and implementation of relevant HR KPIs across business operations.
• Advise business-area leaders on effective human-capital operations and people priorities.
• Lead talent-development initiatives in collaboration with technical and discipline experts.
• Manage team objectives, performance, development and motivation to maximise sectional performance.
• Prepare written reports and presentations for leaders, including Executive Committee and Board-level stakeholders where requested.
• Support delivery of people strategies that contribute to strategic objectives and stronger internal partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or an equivalent university degree.
• 8 years of relevant Human Resources Management experience.
• At least 3 years in progressively increasing supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Ability to advise business leaders, manage stakeholders, support KPIs and lead talent-development initiatives.
