Programme Focus
This development programme is focused specifically on building administrative and secretarial capability among young UAE Nationals. During the 18-month fixed-term period, participants receive structured development and practical exposure across EGA departments. The published criteria emphasise English communication, Microsoft Office capability and strong organisation and time management. Participants are also expected to handle or coordinate routine office activities such as meetings, calendars, correspondence and other administrative tasks. The programme is therefore designed around practical workplace development rather than a conventional experienced-hire administrative position.
