The Senior Guest Services Executive – Front Office at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre supports residents and guests with personalized service throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest and resident enquiries, requests and service needs
• coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, concierge and other departments
• support arrival and departure procedures
• maintain accurate guest information
• anticipate resident preferences
• manage service recovery and escalate complex concerns
• assist with VIP and repeat-resident recognition
• communicate property facilities and services
• support daily front-office standards
• and help junior colleagues maintain consistent service quality.

Requirements

• Candidates should have relevant front-office or guest-services experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills and a proactive, customer-focused attitude. Hospitality education is beneficial. The ability to coordinate multiple requests, work shifts and maintain composure during busy periods is essential.
