Senior Barista – F&B – Jumeirah Al Naseem

The Senior Barista – Food & Beverage at Jumeirah Al Naseem is responsible for delivering high-quality specialty coffee and beverage service from October 2026 onwards. The role combines technical coffee preparation, guest engagement, stock management and commercial awareness within a luxury resort setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages according to recipes and quality standards
• calibrate equipment and maintain coffee freshness
• discuss coffee options with guests and provide recommendations
• process orders accurately and efficiently
• support seasonal and promotional beverage development
• monitor ingredient usage and portion sizes
• reduce waste
• maintain equipment and workstations
• follow food-safety procedures
• and use suggestive selling techniques to support outlet revenue.

Requirements

• Candidates should have relevant barista or F&B experience, strong coffee knowledge, good communication skills and a guest-focused approach. The ability to work accurately during busy periods, maintain equipment standards and contribute ideas for new offerings is important.
