Security Officer (UAE National)

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and orderly environment for guests, colleagues and hotel property. The position involves monitoring assigned areas, following site procedures and responding appropriately to incidents or unusual activity. Professional judgement, alertness and clear reporting are essential, while guest interactions must remain courteous and respectful.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas and observe activity in line with security procedures.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behaviour, hazards or policy breaches.
• Respond to alarms, incidents and guest or colleague requests in a calm and timely manner.
• Prepare accurate incident notes and communicate important information to supervisors.
• Support emergency procedures and coordinate with relevant hotel teams when required.
• Maintain professional conduct, confidentiality and respectful guest service at all times.

Requirements and Qualifications

• This position is designated for UAE Nationals.
• Previous experience in a similar security role within hospitality, preferably in a hotel, is preferred.
• Good observation, communication and incident-reporting skills.
• Ability to follow security procedures and respond responsibly to safety concerns.
