Sales Engineer – ELV Systems & Electrical Solutions

The Sales Engineer for ELV Systems and Electrical Solutions supports business growth by developing client relationships, identifying projects and proposing appropriate technical products. The role covers solutions such as lighting controls, building management systems, guest-room management, home automation, UPS and EV charging equipment. The role is listed in Dubai and involves coordinating opportunities and customer requirements across relevant markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build long-term working relationships with MEP contractors, system integrators, consultants and end users.
• Identify new projects and generate enquiries, following up consistently on potential business opportunities.
• Promote lighting control systems, BMS, guest-room management, home automation, UPS and EV charging solutions.
• Understand technical and commercial requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare suitable proposals.
• Follow quotations and project opportunities through the sales cycle to support target achievement.
• Coordinate with management for technical or commercial assistance where required.
• Maintain client relationships and contribute to wider market development across the UAE.

Requirements and Skills

• At least three years of sales experience in ELV systems or electrical solutions, preferably within the UAE.
• A bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• Good knowledge of ELV systems and electrical products.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Business development and customer relationship management capability.
• A valid UAE driving licence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or related technical field. Candidates should also demonstrate the role-related skills listed above and be able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders.

Employment Details

This is a full-time opportunity with Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group. The listed location is Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Daily priorities will depend on operational requirements, team coordination and the standards relevant to the role.

The position calls for a motivated, commercially aware engineer who can explain technical solutions clearly and maintain consistent follow-up with both new and existing clients.
