The Reservation Agent – Restaurant supports restaurant bookings at Madinat Jumeirah and helps deliver an organized, guest-focused dining reservation experience. The role requires accurate information handling, timely communication and close coordination with restaurant operations while maintaining commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to reservation emails and guest enquiries within required timelines
- manage restaurant bookings and changes accurately
- prioritize current and upcoming reservations
- capture guest preferences and special occasions
- communicate important requests to restaurant teams
- maintain accurate reservation-system information
- support upselling and appropriate dining recommendations
- handle cancellations and amendments professionally
- and help ensure reservations meet service and revenue standards.
Requirements
- Candidates should have hospitality or customer-service experience, strong written and verbal communication skills and good computer proficiency. Knowledge of restaurant reservations or Opera/PMS systems is useful. The ideal candidate is organized, guest-focused, adaptable and comfortable working in a busy luxury dining environment.
