Registered Nurses Pediatrics Services

FakeehCare is hiring Registered Nurses for Pediatric Services in Dubai to provide safe, compassionate and age-appropriate care to children from infancy through adolescence. The position requires strong clinical judgement, effective communication with families and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals while considering each child’s medical, social and family circumstances.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess pediatric patients and monitor vital signs, symptoms, clinical progress and changing care needs.
• Develop and update individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments safely and observe patients for adverse reactions.
• Provide direct nursing care appropriate to children of different ages and developmental stages.
• Assist physicians and healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures and diagnostic activities.
• Educate children and families about treatment plans, health conditions, medications and preventive care.
• Recognize changes in a child’s condition and communicate concerns promptly to the clinical team.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established patient-safety and escalation procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure continuity of care across the multidisciplinary team.
• Follow infection-prevention procedures and maintain clean, safe patient-care environments.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of continuous nursing experience in the UAE or home country.
• At least one year of experience in a pediatric unit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Valid professional nursing licence appropriate to the applicable health authority.
• BLS, ACLS and other relevant training as applicable.
• Previous overseas experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Compassionate communication, resilience, teamwork and accountability.
