Product Analyst – Digital Assets

Support the development and delivery of digital asset products by translating business needs into clear requirements for Agile delivery teams. The analyst works with product managers, engineers, designers, scrum masters and business stakeholders to help deliver customer-focused products.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the digital asset product roadmap by analysing and prioritising business requirements.
• Gather, document and refine requirements through stakeholder discussions.
• Create epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
• Coordinate with product, design, engineering and Agile colleagues to move work from definition through release.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance to support successful product launches.
• Review customer feedback, market trends, regulatory developments and competitor activity to identify product enhancements.
• Contribute to business cases and recommendations for new initiatives.
• Manage dependencies, risks and competing priorities across workstreams.
• Support operational and customer teams with product questions and monitor performance to inform decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, finance, computer science or a related discipline.
• At least two years of experience as a product analyst, business analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience managing epics, user stories and product backlogs and understanding Agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Exposure to banking, financial services, fintech or digital assets; familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain or tokenisation is beneficial.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, banking products, regulation and customer journeys.

Skills and Competencies

Analytical thinking, attention to detail, clear documentation and effective cross-functional communication are important. Relevant Agile or product management certification is beneficial.
