Procurement and Logistics Specialist (Facilities) – Emiratisation

This procurement and supply role helps secure goods and services that meet operational needs, quality standards and budget expectations. Work includes supplier coordination, sourcing, purchasing, contract administration or logistics, with attention to value, timely delivery and compliance with company procedures. The team relies on consistent procedures, constructive collaboration and accurate information to meet service, quality and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Clarify requirements with internal teams and support sourcing or purchase activities.
• Obtain quotations, compare suppliers and support commercial or contract discussions.
• Track orders, deliveries, service performance and outstanding supplier actions.
• Maintain purchasing records, approvals and relevant contract or logistics documentation.
• Identify cost, quality, delivery or supply risks and escalate them appropriately.
• Share useful observations with the supervisor and contribute to practical improvements in the assigned work area.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant education or experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, business or a related field.
• Experience managing suppliers, orders, contracts or operational purchasing is beneficial.
• Ability to compare offers and understand commercial terms and service requirements.
• Meet any role-specific Emiratisation or commodity experience conditions.
• Applicants should be able to demonstrate relevant experience, transferable skills or a clear ability to learn the duties.
