Description

Own a portfolio of end-to-end processes and deliver improvements that are measurable, adopted and sustainable. The role combines process engineering with change leadership, ensuring redesigned ways of working are implemented consistently across facilities and their benefits are demonstrated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map current-state processes, identify waste and root causes, and develop practical future-state designs.
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods to improve workflows, controls, KPIs, SLAs and operating models.
  • Assess change impacts and work with leaders, process owners and frontline teams to build readiness.
  • Coordinate communications, training and adoption activities, including train-the-trainer support where required.
  • Monitor post-implementation performance and track capacity, cost, productivity and revenue benefits.

Requirements

  • Education: Relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification; Lean/Six Sigma and process improvement knowledge preferred
  • Experience: Experience in process improvement, Lean/Six Sigma and change management
  • Professional approach: Strong communication, patient focus, teamwork, accurate documentation and commitment to applicable UAE healthcare standards.
