This position supports staff banking services and payroll-related administration while maintaining accurate records and operational controls. The role handles staff account requests, payroll entries, overtime calculations, payment documentation, leave salary processing and finance-related administrative activities. The successful candidate will contribute to dependable banking operations, protect service quality and help the business achieve its objectives while maintaining appropriate controls. This is a full-time opportunity based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle staff account requests and related documentation in line with KYC requirements.
- Process payroll transactions, overtime and payment-related entries accurately.
- Prepare invoices, payment memos, leave-salary reports and supporting documents.
- Assist with journal and general-ledger entries and staff-service requests.
- Maintain operational controls and support audit responses and process improvements.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate status and UAE National eligibility are required.
- Good computer and management-information skills.
- Understanding of banking operations and service standards is useful.
- Strong attention to detail for payroll, documentation and financial entries.
- Ability to work accurately with confidential staff and financial information.
