Operations Manager-Facilities Management Soft Services

Transguard Group is recruiting an Operations Manager – Facilities Management Soft Services in Dubai to oversee cleaning operations, service delivery, workforce performance, client satisfaction, compliance, and operational reporting. The role ensures cleaning activities are planned and executed according to contractual scope, service-level requirements, health and safety standards, and company policies. It also supports process improvement, technology adoption, client feedback, and accurate operational documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cleaning operations and ensure schedules align with contractual scope.
• Maintain and review service-level agreements and monitor performance against agreed requirements.
• Report service variations to the Account Manager and support client review and agreement.
• Use CAFM systems effectively and maintain accurate records of activities, staffing, inventory, and financial performance.
• Prepare operational reports covering service performance, client satisfaction, and financial metrics.
• Keep contract and service documentation current and compliant.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality and service standards.
• Maintain a client-feedback process and use findings to improve service delivery.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure cleaning activities comply with health and safety requirements and train staff in safe practices and proper chemical and equipment use.
• Explore technology, new cleaning methods, and customized solutions to enhance service performance.

Requirements

• Relevant facilities-management and soft-services operations experience.
• Strong leadership, client-management, reporting, problem-solving, and team-coordination skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning operations, health and safety, CAFM systems, service-level management, and process improvement.
