MRP Supervisor

Almarai is hiring for the position of MRP Supervisor in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise supply-planning activities and ensure planning deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Generate and manage purchase requisitions in SAP for packaging and ingredient requirements.
• Monitor material requirements, lead times, seasonal demand and storage capacity.
• Coordinate with Operations and Purchasing to resolve supply constraints and MRP issues.
• Manage working capital through disciplined inventory planning and regular stock reviews.
• Coordinate supplier delivery schedules with production and warehouse requirements.
• Use SAP data and analytical reports to identify shortages, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Support reliable material availability and efficient manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• 2-5 years in supply planning or similar manufacturing role; SAP and analytical skills; ability to manage stock levels, lead times, seasonal demand and warehouse constraints.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills appropriate to the position.
• Ability to follow company policies, quality requirements, safety procedures and professional standards.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail, with a practical approach to daily priorities.
• Willingness to collaborate across functions and contribute to continuous improvement.
