Description
The Manager – Strategic Finance, Treasury & Funding supports group liquidity, funding and financial-risk management. Working with treasury and strategic-finance colleagues, the role helps forecast cash movements, analyse financing choices and improve the group’s treasury processes and systems. Strong quantitative analysis, market awareness and accurate execution are central to the position.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate planned cash movements and cash-flow forecasts with business units across the group.
- Support liquidity planning and budgeting, monitoring actual results against forecasts.
- Analyse funding options, treasury transactions and opportunities to improve returns or reduce financing costs.
- Contribute to treasury centralisation, treasury-management-system implementation and centre-of-excellence development.
- Prepare financial models, reports and analysis for decision-makers, ensuring assumptions and outputs are traceable.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and support risk, documentation and control requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in treasury, strategic finance, corporate finance or a quantitative financial role.
- Understanding of cash management, funding instruments and basic asset-liability management.
- Knowledge of derivative instruments and treasury products is beneficial.
- Strong Excel, financial modelling and credit-analysis skills; Bloomberg or a similar platform is useful.
- High numerical accuracy, organisation, communication and negotiation skills.
