Maintenance Planner

A maintenance planning position supporting site asset reliability and operational performance. The role leads and improves the maintenance planning process, establishing routine and extraordinary maintenance plans and ensuring activities are scheduled and executed on time. Effective planning helps protect safety, food quality, compliance and equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop routine and corrective maintenance plans for site assets.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with operations, engineering and technicians.
• Ensure required parts, labor, tools and resources are available before execution.
• Monitor work-order progress and identify delays or constraints.
• Maintain accurate maintenance system records and planning data.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programmes and reliability initiatives.
• Review recurring failures and contribute to improvement actions and root-cause analysis.
• Promote safe, compliant and efficient maintenance execution.

Requirements

• Relevant engineering or technical qualification and maintenance-planning experience are expected for the position.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance workflows, scheduling and work-order management.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance or enterprise systems is beneficial.
