Key Responsibilities

• Define and improve identity and access processes for joiners, movers, leavers, privileged users and service accounts.
• Oversee access reviews, role design, provisioning, authentication and control activities within approved security frameworks.
• Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application owners, HR and audit teams to resolve access risks and process gaps.
• Monitor service performance, incidents and control exceptions, ensuring that risks are addressed and evidence is retained.
• Guide implementation or improvement of IAM platforms, standards, documentation and awareness across relevant teams.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Relevant experience in identity and access management, information security, IT controls or a related discipline.
• Understanding of user lifecycle management, role-based access, authentication and privileged access principles.
• Strong governance, problem-solving and stakeholder coordination skills.
