Financial Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Overview

Support finance leadership with financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and management reporting, translating financial and business data into insights for planning and performance decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and business performance to identify trends, variances and improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models and forecasts supporting business planning and strategic decisions.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations for finance and senior stakeholders.
• Support annual budgets, rolling forecasts and detailed variance analysis against plan.
• Assess financial and business risks and highlight material movements or performance issues.
• Assist with financial audits, regulatory reporting and documentation.
• Work with Finance and business teams to validate data and turn analysis into actionable recommendations.

Candidate Requirements

• UAE National with Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving capability.
• Experience with financial modelling, forecasting and management reporting.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with financial analysis/data tools; banking or financial-services exposure is an advantage.
