Executive Manager – Financial Markets Solutions

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is seeking an Executive Manager for Financial Markets Solutions in Abu Dhabi. The role has a senior focus on treasury sales and the bank’s investment and risk-management product suite. It combines client and commercial priorities with the need to operate within approved risk appetite, internal policies and applicable regulations across a varied corporate and institutional client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead treasury sales activity across relevant investment and risk-management solutions, aligning the desk’s priorities with the bank’s commercial strategy.
• Develop relationships with corporate, institutional and other eligible clients to understand financial-market needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with product, trading, risk, legal and compliance teams on solution design, pricing, execution and control requirements.
• Monitor market developments and client activity to identify opportunities and explain material risks or changes.
• Maintain disciplined sales practices, documentation and approvals in line with policy and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Review business performance and support service, revenue and risk outcomes across the relevant product portfolio.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bring senior experience in treasury, financial markets, institutional sales or related banking solutions.
• Understand financial-market products and their commercial, operational and risk implications.
• Demonstrate sound judgement, client credibility and an ability to balance growth opportunities with control requirements.
• Use sound judgement, keep records accurate and follow relevant policies, confidentiality expectations and internal controls.
• Relevant education, technical training or equivalent practical experience in the field is beneficial; any mandatory credential should be confirmed before applying.
